After the order, the Cattleya Home team will contact you to specify the delivery details.
The products are in their original sealed packaging from the manufacturer.
The ordered goods will be delivered through courier service by a third party.
The delivery usually takes 7 to 12 days.
We offer free delivery for orders with a total value of over EUR 200, and for orders below this amount, the delivery fee is EUR 15 incl. VAT.
Before sending the ordered goods, the Trader may contact the Consumer on the telephone number or email he has provided to clarify all details of the order and/or delivery.
The trader will not be liable if the delivery of the order fails when the Consumer has provided wrong, incomplete and/or incorrect personal data, including if he has provided incomplete, wrong or false address or phone number.
The goods will be delivered within the deadlines specified under each delivery option in the interface module. In extraordinary circumstances, the Trader reserves his right to extend the delivery term by promptly notifying the Consumer about that.
The Trader will process the orders within 1 business day from the moment the order is made. The goods will be then delivered within the standard terms in accordance with the opted delivery method.
The Consumer shall review the goods at the moment of their delivery and immediately notify if he finds any nonconformity, shortage or defect. If the Consumer fails to do that, it will be considered that the delivery was accepted without reservations.
With the international deliveries, the rules of the respective national postal service and the applicable local legislation of the country in which the receiver of the goods is located shall regulate the delivery and reception of the goods.
All import fees for the import of the goods shall be on the account of the Consumer. The Consumer may not claim refund of the price if he has refused to pay the import fees or receive the shipment.
The Trader reserves his right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or their conditions at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the website without the need of any other notice.
